I’m a singer-songwriter in my early 20’s born and bred from Wales but moved up to study at Leeds College of Music.
I have supported artists such as Charlotte Church, as well as performing and gaining airplay on BBC Radio Leeds, BBC Introducing in West Yorkshire, BBC Introducing in Wales, the national BBC Mark Forrest Show and was recently named ‘BBC Introducing Artist of the Week’ on the national BBC Georgey Tonight radio show. I have taken part in 2 international song writing competitions and have performed for Sofar Sounds and in a variety of different venues across the UK including The Belgrave Music Hall and Canteen, Oporto, the Wardrobe (all in Leeds), the Acoustic Lounge in greater Manchester, the Underbelly and the Spice of Life both of which are in London and I have recently performed for the BBC Introducing in West Yorkshire showcase at the Brudenell Social Club.
I have also performed for a variety of functions and events and play regularly at some of Leeds top restaurants and bars, as well as playing for private and special occasions such as weddings and birthdays.
I’m originally from North Wales and have been interested in creating and performing music from an early age. I moved to Leeds for a popular music composition course with which I recently completed. I am planning to stay in Leeds over the next couple of years to pursue my dream of becoming a professional singer-songwriter. My original music is a mixture of pop and soul with hints of folk. I am greatly influenced by Amy Winehouse, Lianne La Havas, Adele, Paolo Nutini and Eva Cassidy to name a few.
My other interests and hobbies include travelling, socialising, listening to music, hiking, reading, running, practicing yoga and hanging out with my friends and family as often as I can.
